CHARITY fundraisers organised a dog walk with a difference when they set out to conquer a North-East landmark.
Staff from the BiB insurance group, in Darlington, brought family and friends together for the sponsored walk up Roseberry Topping, in the Cleveland Hills.
The walkers were raising money for the company's charity fund, which this year is the Guide Dogs for the Blind.
Danielle Davis dressed for the walk in a guide dog puppy costume and led the 31 walkers.
They raised more than £750 and that was matched by the Barclays Bank Community Fund.
Helen Snowdon, chairwoman of BiB's charity team, said: "We really wanted it to be a family-orientated event and there was a four-mile and a seven-mile route to suit all abilities. We made and sold cookies on the day and other walkers we met along the way put money in our bucket, which was kind."
