NEWCASTLE-based construction recruitment specialists Protech Human Resourcing has appointed DAVID LUCK as recruitment consultant.
He joins the Protech Architecture division with five years' experience of construction recruitment in the North-East.
He will focus on filling architectural positions for a range of construction-related clients.
