A TEENAGER has appeared in court charged with the manslaughter of a North-East man.
Thomas Noble, 53, of Moreland Street, Roker, Sunderland, died following an attack at around 8.50pm on Friday inRoker Baths Road.
A post-mortem examinationn revealed he died as result of head injuries.
A 16-year-old from Sunderland appeared before Sunderland magistrates yesterday. He has been remanded in custody until Thursday.
Officers want to hear from anyone was in the area at the time who has not yet come forward or has any information about the incident. They are keen to speak to a man and a woman who stopped to give assistance to Mr Noble.
