EIGHTY children attending primary schools in the North York Moors National Park area are planting dozens of rare juniper trees they have grown from seed.
Youngsters from Castleton, Lealholm, Glaisdale, Lythe, Botton and Rosedale primary schools are joined in the project as part of a campaign to encourage the historic trees back to the moors, said the park's head of information, Mike Pratt.
