POLICE are looking for help from the public in tracking down two alleged shoplifters.
A man walked into the In Store at the Arnison Centre, Durham, at about 2.40pm on Tuesday, March 1, and put toiletries worth about £40 inside his jacket. He then left without paying.
He was slim, with short brown hair and bushy eyebrows. He was wearing a fluorescent orange coat, dark shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
In another incident, shortly after 3pm on Sunday, March 20, a man took a number of cans of alcohol from the shelves of the Bells Store, in Chester-le-Street, and left without paying.
He was about 5ft 8in, with short hair, shaved at the sides. He wore a zipped white sweatshirt top with the word Lonsdale on the chest.
