PEOPLE living in Ferryhill are being encouraged to keep a diary of anti-social behaviour in their neighbourhoods.
Police, Sedgefield Community Partnership and Ferryhill Town Council have created data sheets for residents to keep a record of unruly or disturbing behaviour that affects them.
The information can be handed in at the police station or anonymously in a post box at Ferryhill Town Hall to be collated. The evidence could be used to tackle problem areas or to seek anti-social behaviour orders against persistent offenders.
Recording sheets are available from the Town Hall or by calling (01740) 652157.
