A TEENAGER accused of a second breach of an anti-social behaviour order in less than a year was committed for trail yesterday.
When Richard Hart, 19, appeared before Harrogate magistrates, he pleaded not guilty to using foul and abusive language and being under the influence of drink, in contravention of an Asbo imposed on him on May 17 last year.
He had been arrested on Monday at his home, in St Andrew's Crescent, Harrogate, after his mother called the police.
Mr Hart, who also denied smashing the window of a car parked near his home, was ordered by court chairman Catherine Nickols to stand trial at York Crown Court.
The hearing was adjourned so committal papers can be prepared. Mrs Nickols refused a bail application and remanded Hart in custody until Tuesday.
