A woman has won a mountain bike after completing a travel survey.
Yvonne Hoare, of Haughton, Darlington, was among 400 people to take part in a survey as part of the borough council's Town on the Move initiative.
The study was carried out to build up a picture of how residents travel about town - and to encourage the use of greener forms of transport.
The results will form part of the evidence of public opinion for Darlington's second local transport plan, which will determine policies from next year to 2011. Mrs Hoare wins a bike provided by bakers Warburtons after her survey was chosen in lucky dip draw.
She said: "As a regular bus user, I was really keen to have a say on the future travel plans for Darlington. I actually start work an hour early to avoid the traffic congestion early in the morning.
"By getting involved with the survey, I hoped to help the council's Town on the Move team to help develop alternative ways of travelling to help reduce the number of cars on the road at peak times."
