ARMY recruiting teams visit Bishop Auckland this week with information on sporting and training opportunities for south Durham youngsters.
Soldiers from the Royal Logistics Corps, will be in Bishop Auckland market place today and tomorrow, answering questions and talking about skills development, sporting, travel and training offered by the Army.
Warrant Officer Tony Masters, senior recruiter at the Bishop Auckland Army careers information office: "We know that the best way for young people to find out what life is really like in the Army is for them to speak directly to serving soldiers, so we're going out and about to give them a chance to do so."
For details, call the Army's career office in Newgate Street on (01388) 604110 or email www.armyjobs.mod.uk
