A FLAGSHIP charity shop will be opened tomorrow by a long-serving member of staff.
The Butterwick Hospice Care shop in Stockton High Street, which will run in conjunction with an existing shop on the street, will be opened by recently-retired retail manager Betty Lee.
The two-storey shop, which contains a book store on the top floor, will increase the number of Butterwick outlets in the region to 13. A range of fashions and artefacts will be available on the ground floor.
Butterwick Hospice Care looks after the needs of children and adults with life-limiting illnesses on Teesside.
The hospice is looking for volunteers to help run the store. To help, call (01642) 615824.
