BRITAIN'S Tanni Grey-Thompson celebrated a double victory at the Paralympic World Cup in Manchester yesterday.
Dame Tanni, Oscar Pistorius and Chantal Petitclerc lit up the track with two golds apiece on the final day of the Visa Paralympic World Cup.
Dame Tanni, who lives in Redcar and has 11 Paralympic golds, won the T53 400m and 100m.
She opened Britain's medal account by storming to victory in the 400m, while London Marathon and Athens rival Francesca Porcellato had to settle for silver.
She then held off American Jessica Galli and Angie Ballard to win the 100m.
The dame praised Manchester for organising the event.
She said: "This weekend has proved that Great Britain can organise successful Paralympic events."
