TWO graduate recruits have been taken on by house builder Barratt.
The graduate trainnee scheme has already attracted more than 50 young people to fast-track career paths in sales, construction, technical, finance and land departments.
The two latest recruits are IFTY YASIN and ANTHONY PHILIPS.
David Pretty, Barratt Group chief executive - who began his own career as a graduate trainee - said: "We recognise that our industry faces what government ministers have described as a skills timebomb. That's why we have spent a lot of time, effort and money building our workforce for the future."
