THE Newcastle branch of property consultant Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has won a three-year contract with public transport group Nexus.

LSH will advise Nexus, which operates the Tyne and Wear Metro rail network, on sales and acquisitions, as well as landlord and tenant issues.

Andrew Lynch, at Nexus, said he had been impressed by the previous work the company had carried out.
