A TEESSIDE carehome has appointed a new clinical support manager.
Julie Christon, 36, has joined the staff at the 60-bed Piper Court home, in Stockton, after spending 18 years in the care industry.
She will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the home, which will also include recruiting staff and administrative duties.
Ms Christon, from Inverness, said: "Having worked in the public sector for a number of years, I was keen to broaden my experience and further my career in the private sector.
"When I spotted the position advertised in the local press, I just knew it was the perfect role for me.
"The most rewarding part of my job is caring for the residents, it gives me a great deal of job satisfaction."
