A village has traced the names of First and Second World War veterans killed in conflict who had been omitted from its Cenotaph.
The names, which have been inscribed on stone tablets, will be installed at Wheatley Hill Memorial in a ceremony tomorrow.
The project has been funded by the Wheatley Hill Community Partnership.
The village's branch of the Royal British Legion has organised the ceremony, which will include veterans and representatives from the partnership, the parish council, county and branch members of the RBL, military associations, St John Ambulance, Fire and Rescue Services and local groups and organisations.
After the unveiling and dedication of the stone tablets, those present will march back to the village's workingmen's club where refreshments will be served.
The project has also been given £2,920 from the Big Lotteries Home Front Recall Scheme.
Secretary of the village branch of the RBL, Billy Oswald, said: "After the two wars, some names of veterans who died had been omitted and this is an opportunity for us to include the missing names and remember all those who gave their lives in the two conflicts."
