YOUNGSTERS have been putting their creative talents to the test with a celebration of school art.
Pupils at Bedale Church of England primary demonstrated their skills by holding a gallery day on Saturday.
The event was organised by teacher Adele Eldridge and, as well as raising the profile of art in the school, it coincided with the opening of the school's new library.
Local artists were invited to show their work alongside that of the pupils.
Experts from Thirsk-based Rural Arts also held a workshop during the day.
