SINGERS Jenny Griffin and Sophie Hawksby delivered a show-stopping performance at a cabaret night to raise money for the St Cuthbert's appeal.
The pair gave a sultry rendition of All That Jazz at the concert earlier this month at Durham School and helped raise £1,031.58 for the appeal.
The school holds an annual charity concert, now in its 11th year, and decided to raise funds this year for St Cuthbert's.
About 50 pupils were involved in the show, which was attended by up to 200 parents, but it was the duet by the two teenagers which proved the star attraction.
Sophie, 16, said: "We picked on people in the audience at random and had some fun at their expense."
Jenny, 18, said: "It was great fun, we had a marvellous time."
Yesterday, they joined the school's director of music, Roger Muttitt, in handing over the proceeds to the hospice appeal.
Fundraiser Ann Weir said: "We are delighted with the support everyone is giving to the hospice now that we have launched the Key Appeal."
