WANNABE DJs have the chance to learn the ropes on a course for beginners.
Regular courses are held at the Studio, in Hartlepool, for young DJs who want to learn the trade and hone their mixing skills.
Ian Heddle, from the Studio, said the latest course started last week, which people could still join, but he said others would kick off in the near future.
He said: "The course is for anyone 16 and over and it just gives them training on the skills of being a DJ.
"The course is only one night a week, for six weeks, and is fun."
Students will be taught the basics of DJ-ing and the course may even culminate in a gig at the end of the six weeks.
The classes take place at the Studio in Tower Street, Hartlepool, on Wednesdays, between 6.30pm and 9pm, and cost £50, or £35 for concessions.
