PUPILS at a school near Darlington enjoyed learning about outer space when a mobile inflatable planetarium was set up in their gym.
On the last day of the school term, the year eight children at Hurworth School Maths and Computing College were able to see images of the stars and constellations as they were projected on the inside of the dome.
Students entered through a tunnel to watch the animations and learn about the features of the night sky.
A commentary explained how the stars got their names and showed students how to recognise them.
