A UNIVERSITY student will fulfil her dream of skydiving next month.
Claire Fletcher, 20, of Teesside University, has wanted to jump out of a plane for six years, and finally decided to take up the challenge on July 15 to raise money for The Brooke Hospital for Animals.
The Brooke is a charity that helps working animals in some of the world's poorest countries, including Egypt, India, Jordan and Pakistan.
She said: "I chose this charity because I love animals and wanted to choose a less well-known charity that desperately needs more funding.
"There are so many horses, donkeys, etc in the world that are in a really bad way as their owners do not have the knowledge or money to look after them."
