MEDIEVAL stories are to be brought to life at a County Durham castle next weekend.
Raby Castle, near Staindrop, is hosting Past-Imagined storytellers on Saturday, who will tell a variety of comical and adventurous tales throughout the day.
Events organiser Catherine Turnbull said: "We are very pleased to be hosting this event within the garden at Raby.
"The storytellers bring along their medieval style tent, props and costumes to take the audiences back in time.
"It will be a superb day, inspiring all our imaginations.
"It's great for the young and the not so young."
The stories will be told at 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.
