Darlington Building Society NYSD Division One: Marton retained pole position when they coasted to victory over Stokesley, who battled for 47 overs scoring 129 all out.
Matthew Telling, Jack Conway and Dean Kirby, whose six overs yielded four wickets at a cost of only 13 runs, dominated before Marton won, losing just two wickets in 22 overs.
Opener Chris Lane batted throughout and his unbeaten 61 included nine boundaries while Mark Foster, who shared in an unbroken third-wicket partnership, ended with 54 not out.
Thornaby are second and made light of a huge challenge laid down by Darlington.
Simon Gough, with five boundaries in 60, and his opening partner Keith Barker (48) set the scene for Darlington's total of 199 for nine achieved from the maximum 50 overs. Umar Rashid bowled 24 overs taking four for 67 but the 200 target proved meat and drink to Thornaby, who romped home in just 41.3 overs.
Matt Dex stroked 17 fours in an undefeated 104 and his opening partner Ian McDonald contributed 51 to the first-wicket stand of 157. Of the next 44 runs, Rashid scored just ten as Dex continued to dominate.
Seaton Carew are third and they too enjoyed an easy victory against Barnard Castle, although the nature of the game was completely different.
The visitors realised just 93 after occupying the wicket for 37.3 overs - almost half the total came from Justin Hesp with an unbeaten 46.
His colleagues though struggled against the twin attack of Kevin Rowntree, who conceded only 24 runs in 17 overs, including nine maidens. He claimed four wickets and Danny Thomas had figures of 3-37 from the 14 overs.
Seaton Carew then secured maximum points losing just three wickets in 22.3 overs. The mainstay of their innings was Richard Clayton, who opened and ended with 40 not out, which included six fours.
Blackhall overtook the Yarm total of 197 for eight with seven wickets left.
Rhys Barker struck twice removing the Colliers' openers but Andy Booth, with eight fours in 45 and Shoaib Akhtar quickly retrieved the position.
Akhtar (52 not out) and John Darby (47 not out) then put together an unbroken partnership of 109 for the fourth wicket, which took only 13 overs to compile.
Chris Wilson, with a six and seven fours out of 71 and William Wyatt (49) also hit form for Yarm, while Philip Bell took five of the eight wickets to fall for 64 runs in 18 overs.
Darlington RA slumped to 71 all out from 37 overs against Guisborough at Brinkburn Road. Josh Carroll and Steve Trillo shared nine wickets conceding only 46 runs between them before Andy Parsons hit an unbeaten 30 as the visitors won in 30 overs losing just two wickets.
Normanby Hall had only five balls to spare at Bedale where no fewer than 508 runs were scored for the loss of just 12 wickets.
James Clarkson was in magnificent form for Bedale recording four sixes and 15 boundaries out of 147. Andrew Smith added 38 and the huge total of 252 for eight was raised from just 50 overs.
In a game dominated by batsmen, Dave Brown produced a noteworthy performance in the Normanby Hall attack claiming four wickets for 65 runs in 11 overs. Mark Lane (90) and Eddie Rosa (76) both hit 13 boundaries when they formed a century partnership for the second wicket.
Wolviston had seven wickets in hand of Redcar. The match-winner was Jimmy Jones with the magnificent analysis of eight for 28 as he reduced the Seasiders to only 140 - including 45 by Andy Wetherill.
Mark Chrichton (52 not out) and Ian Brooksbank with an unbeaten 40 then produced an unbroken partnership for Wolviston's fourth wicket.
