A 14-YEAR-OLD girl who has been missing from her home for five days has been urged to contact her family.
Cindy Marie Shield, from the Haughton Road area of Darlington, has been described as "vulnerable".
She was last seen walking away from Eastbourne School after being dropped off on Friday morning, and was wearing a pink raincoat, a knee-length school skirt and black suede boots. She was carrying a black drawstring bag.
Cindy is known to socialise in the North Road and North Lodge Park areas of town, and police have received several reported sightings of her there.
A police spokesman said: "She is a young, vulnerable girl, and we really want some information about her."
Anyone with information can call Darlington police on 0845 606 0365.
