VOLUNTARY and community groups wanting to find out about funding sources are invited to an event next week.
The funding fair has been organised by Darlington Council for Voluntary Services, Darlington Partnership and the borough council.
It will take place on Tuesday at the town's Dolphin Centre, from noon.
The event is free and open to all groups and organisations, who are looking for funding advice.
Funding organisations from the North-East will have stalls at the event and presentations will be given by Tim Davies Pugh, regional manager at the Big Lottery Fund, and Rob Strachan, head of community policy at the Government Office North-East.
Workshops covering aspects of how to source and apply for funding will be taking place from 3.30pm.
For further details, contact the borough council on (01325) 388642.
