GISBOROUGH Hall was transformed into Royal Ascot for the day to raise funds for Teesside Hospice.
At the ladies' day there was an official dress code to reflect Ascot-style outfits seen on one of the most glamorous days in the racing calendar.
The ladies turned up at the hall with Ascot-style hats, binoculars and the essential glass of champagne.
Margaret Kent, head of fundraising at the hospice, said: "This was our alternative to Royal Ascot and gave ladies the chance to experience the great event closer to home.
"It also gave them the chance to own their own race horse for the day and dress in a special outfit accompanied by their Ascot-style hat."
