OLD crop wheat has remained unchanged, with most compounders saying they are well covered for June and July. New crop markets have remained volatile, with underlying strength because of drought in Spain and Portugal.
Oilseed markets have risen slightly on new crop, following firmer US soya markets, but fallen on old crop with the surplus over hanging the market.

Grainfarmers, Thorp Arch. - no prices were available this week.
GrainCo, Tyne Dock. - Wheat: June £63; July £64; Aug £63. Barley: June £68; no price for July; Aug £65. Oilseed rape: June £126; no price for July; Aug £128.
