The weather ended all six matches prematurely yesterday and not one side managed a win. Brandon were unlucky not to win against Crook Town, who were 97 for nine when rain came.
Andy Burgess was unbeaten on 49 for Crook, while Jim Allenby and Michael Tinkler, both claimed three wickets apiece. Allenby (46), Scott Hopson (67 not out) and Jamie Robinson (35 no) took Brandon to 193 for five.
Leaders Esh Winning were 81-5 when the halt came. New Zealander Andrew McKay took 4-31 for Kimblesworth, who were defending a total of 122.
Sam Hogg made 153 and Gary Purcell 54, to present Shildon with a formidable target when Mainsforth realised 243 for six at Shildon who did not bat.
Ushaw Moor were 116-4 with Travis Dowlin 64 not out. Gary Frater scored 39 in Hylton's innings of 163, while Dowlin (4-18) and Stephen Milburn (3-39) both bowled well.
Teneto Willett (70) and Aidan Stocker with 66 propelled Tudhoe to 234-7 against Etherley, who were 50-2.
Malcolm Shelton took a hat-trick in figures 4-15, but Evenwood still managed 201-8. Billy Teesdale with 81 and Chris Peareth (46 not out).
Langley Park had lost one wicket for six runs when the rain arrived.
Esh Winning easily defeated Etherley on Saturday. Esh posted 240 for five, while Etherley managed only109.
Evenwood's recent winning sequence came to an end at home to Ushaw Moor. Ushaw produced 200-8 for eight, while Evenwood closed on 144.
Langley Park beat Mainsforth by 25 runs. David Wilkinson ended unbeaten on 101 out of a total of 224, with Mainsforth's reply 199.
Shildon narrowly defeated Cook Town by just one wicket. Hylton had five wickets to spare at Kimblesworth, who managed only 112.
