DRUGS worth £70,000 were seized after police discovered a cannabis factory in a North-East bedroom.
Officers found the illicit plants after following a suspected drug dealer to his house in Sunderland.
They spotted three men acting suspiciously in Pallion on Thursday afternoon.
One man ran off and when police raided his house they found 68 cannabis plants and speed-grow lights.
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences.
