ROK property solutions has appointed area director MITCHELL SMITH to its North-East team.
He will lead two teams based on Tyneside and in the Tees Valley, and returns to his native North-East after several years away from the region.
The 40 year-old former GEC apprentice and project manager, has been commercial director of the Chloride Group, national operations director of Norwest Holst and managing director of The Building Maintenance Company. The married father-of-two has just received an MBA from Northumbria University.
Rok has offices across the UK and is a specialist in delivering property solutions on a wide range of projects. It employs 65 staff at its Newcastle and Tees Valley offices.
