A Darlington man was brought before the courts after breaching a community rehabilitation order.
Mark Lockerbie, 32, of Hundens Lane, was given the 24-month order in January for possessing cannabis. However, he breached the order twice after he failed to attend probation sessions.
At Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court yesterday, he had a new two-year rehabilitation order imposed.
In mitigation, Michael Clarke, said a break-up in his relationship led Lockerbie to leave Darlington for a couple of months, when he missed the sessions.
