TALENTED college students have been given centre stage at an outdoor drama festival at Gisborough Priory.
The Redcar College students are performing The Domino Effect, a 20-minute tale of five 20-somethings whose lives are intertwined over the course of one day.
Their 6.30pm performances on Tuesday and Wednesday will act as a curtain-raiser to Romeo and Juliet on Tuesday and The Taming of the Shrew on Wednesday.
For tickets, priced £10 for adults, £4.50 concessions, to the main productions, contact tourist information centres at Saltburn, on (01287) 633801, or Guisborough, on (01287) 622422.
The council's cabinet member for leisure, culture and tourism, Coun Dave Fitzpatrick, said: "I am delighted that local students are playing a part."
