A CHARITY week at a care home raised more £1,500 for a Darlington hospice.
Residents of the Charles Dickens Lodge, in Barnard Castle, held a fundraising week, which included a brass band concert and a performance by Alan Culter, dubbed the "One-man music hall."
The money will be given to St Teresa's Hospice, in Darlington.
Jane Bradshaw, hospice director, said:"We are so grateful to all for their donation."
