Seaham Golf Club will be celebrating its centenary in 2011 and one of the events being arranged is a Centenary Open Texas Scramble, when exciting special sponsored prizes will be being played for.
This year there are two qualifying open competitions held in the same format, when the first 6 teams from each event will qualify for the Grand Final in 2011.
The qualifying events are being held on Monday 31st May, and Monday 30th August, both Bank Holidays.
Entries only cost £40 for a team of 4, and good prizes are also available in the qualifiers.
Written applications should be made to the Competition Secretary at Seaham Golf Club. Full catering services are available.
It is also intended to hold a week of other events during 2011, and more details will be made available when the plans are finalised.
