Ferryhill Town Council is reminding people that anyone interested in purchasing a plaque of remembrance at Duncombe Memorial Garden, should contact the town council.

Plaques are available at a cost of £160 plus VAT, which includes an inscription. Families can also purchase granite benches to go in the memorial garden with an epitaph of remembrance for £490 plus VAT and an inscription.

The garden which was recently completed has a central grassed area, scented flower beds, an ornamental water feature with fountain, and the polished granite wall for the i remembrance plaques.
