An adult female was involved in a collision, in a car, with a tree, near Darlington this morning.
The road traffic collision happened at the junction of Hillhouse Lane, Sadberge. This is the road that leads to the Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre.
Two appliances from Darlington Fire and Rescue Service attended in order to free the trapped woman from the vehicle.
There were separate admissions, involving two different road traffic incidents, to Darlington Memorial Hospital today.
