AN annual 10k race at Croft Circuit takes place next week with an array of supporting events.
Darlington Pitstop 10k, sponsored by Darlington Building Society, will be held on Wednesday.
Races include a 2km fun run for eight to 16-year-olds at 6.45pm, a wheelchair race at 7.15pm and the main event at 7.30pm.
All finishers will be provided with a goody bag.
David Dodd, the chief executive of Darlington Building Society, which is sponsoring it for the third successive year, has completed the past two events.
He said: “The society is extremely proud of its support for the local community and we are delighted, therefore, to support such a popular local event.”
Entry forms are available at darlingtonharriers.co.uk Entry is £7 for registered athletes, £9 for unregistered athletes and £5 for the fun run. Entries are £1.50 extra on the night.
