A FOOTBALL team in need of a new strip for the new season have been helped out by a local business.
The Brompton Juniors under-10s side have received a new strip from the Northallerton branch Specsavers, who stepped in to sponsor the team after hearing they were in need.
The team, who play in the Teesside Junior Football Alliance, will wear the strip at their weekly matches and practice sessions.
Michael White, director of Specsavers in Northallerton said: "We firmly believe in supporting our local community and were happy to help out the Juniors. We hope the new kit inspires the team to play even better next season."
