SIXTH-form students from Stokesley School have displayed their exam artwork at an exhibition at the Town Hall.
The event is the sixth time that students from the school have put their art on public display.
AS- and A-level fine art students, working with the themes Collections and The Inner Eye, showed paintings and photos that form their final exam pieces, as well as sketch books to show how their initial ideas made it on to the canvas.
Also on display was work from A-level design technology and textile students, who used a range of materials to create their work, and from five Year 11 students who have been fast-tracked on to the AS-level course a year ahead of schedule.
Sue Loughlin, head of art at the school, said: "It’s great to get the work outside the school environment.
"It stands up on it's own, so the public can see it as art work and not as a school project."
