TALENTED youngsters are to show off their latest creations on the catwalk as part of a college’s fashion show.
Sophie Bell and Gaynor Moore, from Northallerton, are to exhibit work as part of their national diploma fashion course.
The York College students have based their work on the themes of My Garden of Eden and Super Harajuku Style.
Other students’ collections feature different themes which range from gothic romance to military glamour and corsett couture.
The fashion show is on Wednesday, June 17 at the college.
Marie Neal-Smith, fashion tutor at the college, said: "The fashion students have worked extremely hard again this year and produced varied collections.
"Personal themes can be seen throughout all the student work and this is reflected in the collections on the catwalk, many of which are inspired from a trip to Paris earlier in the year.
"Marks and Spencers and Noa Noa have had considerable input to client lead projects resulting in the work produced reflecting industry standards.
"These successful collaborations are greatly valued by students across all year groups."
Marks and Spencer have sponsored the students on a project called Pretty Punk and the Company of Merchants Taylors will give best collection prizes to the students.
Also, twelve foundation degree students will exhibit collections they have worked on in conjunction with Noa Noa in York.
