SIR ALAN SUGAR will be encouraging the North-East business community to take on apprentices of their own at an event in the region.
The Apprenticeships seminar, hosted by Sir Alan, is aimed at employers who already have apprentices or those who are interested in finding out more about apprenticeships.
Sir Alan said: “Success is all about finding people who will help make any business grow, especially in times like these.
“It’s important that employers take apprenticeships seriously – apprentices make things happen and can help a business to grow and thrive.”
The event takes place on June 9 at the Federation Brewery, Gateshead, starting at 10am.
