FIRECREWS were called to rescue a lamb stuck on a quarry cliff on Monday.
The incident happened at White Quarry, Newton Aycliffe shortly before 5pm.
Cleveland Fire Service Rope Rescue team were called in and rescued the lamb from the ledge before releasing it into a nearby field where it rejoined its mother.
