A new series of golf sessions is about to be launched exclusively for ladies.
Organised by Durham County Council they are aimed at women between 16 and 25, as part of the young women’s sport and active recreation programme.
They run between 6 an 7pm for ten weeks starting on Monday, June 8, at Oak Leaf Leisure Complex, Newton Aycliffe.
The sessions are aimed at beginners but participants of all abilities are welcome.
There will be a friendly tournament at the end of the course.
Each session costs £2 and all equipment is provided but appropriate footwear must be worn.
