It is hoped the money will enable the club to expand the types of activities it runs by asking local experts to come and run workshops in craft, drama and music.
Club member Calsie Tyler said: "Youth Club is once a month and we really enjoy trying out new crafts, playing games and meeting up with our friends."
The youth club has been running for 20 years and meets on Monday evenings once a month.
