Police are appealing for information as to the whereabouts of a man who has been missing for a week.

64-year-old Michael Davenport was last seen by his daughter at around 3pm at his home in Hartlepool on May 12.

He is described as around 5ft 9in, with mousey brown hair, blue eyes and big build. He was wearing a grey fleece jumper and light blue jeans when he was last seen.

Mr Davenport requires medication and it is believed that he does not have this with him.

It is thought he has family in Goole, East Yorkshire and Newcastle.
