PERFORMERS aged four to eighty-four have taken part in a village talent show.
Residents of Bowes gathered in the annual Bowes Got Talent competition in the village hall.
Audience members voted for their favourite act, with singer and guitarist Matt Robinson coming in first place for his version of Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen.
He was presented with the Bowes Got Talent trophy, which was donated by Les Mitchell of Barnard Castle. Other popular acts included last years winners - rock band Circle of Atavius and dancers Tess Bettison and Caitlin Carr, who performed to Abbas Dancing Queen.
The event, now in it second year, is a major fund raiser for Bowes Carnival which takes place on the weekend of June 13 and 14.
Tabitha Gillard will be this years Carnival Queen and the theme for the Carnival Fancy dress will be Characters from History.
