A TEENAGER was taken to hospital with a suspected broken leg after the car he was in collided with a lamppost.
The accident happened around 9.30pm last night(FRI) at Clarendon Square, Carley Hill in Sunderland.
The teenager, the only occupant of the Fiat Brava, was found in the backseat of the car.
He was placed on a spinal board and taken to hospital.
Police are investigating the circumstances behind the accident.
