A TV crew was in the region this week filming in a picturesque dales village.
Property experts Kirstie Allsop and Phil Spencer visited a house in Middleton-in- Teesdale, in County Durham, on Tuesday while filming a new episode of Relocation, Relocation.
The show helps couples wanting to relocate to find their dream homes.
The house, Heatherbrae, was one of a number visited by the Channel Four show, and is on the market for £675,000.
The couple being featured in the show are in their thirties and forties and live in Yarm, near Stockton, having recently returned from Australia.
They were shown around the former nursing home, which has ten bedrooms, a tennis court and a two-and-ahalf acre garden, by Victoria Linsley, from estate agent George F White.
She said: “Kirstie and Phil were both really friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. The house is lovely and the couple looking round it really seemed taken by it.
“The lady absolutely loved it and was already talking about knocking walls down and changing things around.”
It is not known whether the couple have decided to bid for the house.
The couple also visited a redundant barn in Dalton-on- Tees, North Yorkshire.
The show is expected to be aired on Channel Four next year.
