A ‘Panorama’ of Movement, Exercise and Dance, from Award-winning dance and fitness teams will take centre stage at this year’s Regional Festival.
This annual event organised by the North East Keep Fit Association will be held on Saturday 9th May at the Dolphin Centre in Darlington.
One of the teams, Northern Lights, is made up of twelve 16-17 year old girls from County Durham. They came 1st in the national Keep Fit Association Championships in February. Also, for the second year running, audiences will be wowed by Fitness Northern Ireland when they return as guests to give a display .
Besides fitness, there will be movement, dance and skipping displays by performers of all ages, and 4 youth teams featuring young people between the ages of 5-16yrs.
There will be two performances, 2pm and 5.30pm.
