Had a last-minute change of heart over the Headline Game on TFM radio this morning.
It was going to be the story about Cheryl Cole being voted the world's sexiest woman, with the headline "Red hot Cole".
But in the end, we chose the story about the fiasco over speed camera fines on the A66 at Long Newton, between Darlington and Stockton.
A judge threw out the case against 11 motorists who received speeding fines, saying the prosecution case was in "complete disarray".
The drivers successfully argued that the speed camera was in the wrong place, leaving the floodgates wide open for other contested fines.
We went with the headline "Another fine mess" because it's not the first time speed cameras have got it wrong.
It also seemed to tie in with the main story of the day which, of course, was the Budget and what a mess the country's finances are in.
I'm delighted to say that the headline earned a point but TFM also gave themselves a point for "Speeds of doubt".
Nowhere near as good as ours but when has that ever mattered?
It's 2-1 to them on the week.
