TEES Valley is to have its own dedicated property auction service.
Auction House UK, the nationwide property auction house, is opening Auction House Tees Valley with local business partners Lawrie Stewart and Paul Rogers are at the helm.
The duo have experience within the property market running their own estate agency business in Middlesbrough.
Paul said: “The aim of Auction House is to provide a national network of auctioneers selling property under a common brand with high standards of service.
“This will enable vendors to sell their properties locally, where the best prices can normally be achieved and where they can be confident that they have chosen the right auctioneer.
“Local vendors now have the option to sell by auction not in London, Newcastle or Leeds, but here in the Tees Valley.”
Auction House will also offer local agents the opportunity of selling property via auction.
Paul said: “As a local agent, I have encountered property that has been perfect for auction with no means of making it happen.
Auction House has been set up to enable any local estate agent to sell by auction working in partnership on a joint instruction basis.”
Selling by public auction has a number of advantages, including an immediate binding contract, no chains, quick sale, competitive bidding and no fall throughs.
